In Captain America Civil War 4K Disagreements in the Avengers squad are customary, but after the events of the Age of Ultron and The Other War, the situation changes radically. Captain America is convinced by his own bitter experience that it is very dangerous to trust politicians and bureaucrats, and his blind faith in the decisions of the leadership almost led to a catastrophe. And Tony Stark understands that if people like him are not controlled from the outside, then the consequences can be truly monstrous, so on the contrary, he is ready to entrust the levers of government to a specially created department. Captain America Civil War UHD Each of them has its own truth and its weighty evidence. Their team-mates choose for themselves which side they should be: to fight and serve for the good of the people, but under tight control, or to act independently, without fear of being deceived. Neither camp wants to give way, so begins the main event of the MARVEL universe - the civil war of superheroes.
Captain America Civil War 4K review The Avengers are conducting a special operation in Africa, as a result of which dozens of civilians are killed. The patience of the international community ends, and the UN presents an ultimatum to superheroes. Either they come under the control of a special commission that will decide when and how to act, or they are outlawed. Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) and several of his closest allies support this decision, while Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) and his best friends refuse to follow it. In their opinion, bureaucrats are too corrupt to trust their power over superheroes. At first, this is only an ideological confrontation, but the "cold" war becomes "hot" when the authorities blame the terrorist attack on Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan), a former ally of Rodgers, who was kidnapped and zombie by Hydra. If Stark and his team are trying to arrest Barnes, then Rogers and his friends side with the alleged villain to prove his innocence and identify the real criminals.
Captain America Civil War UHD Let's start with the main thing. Marvel and Disney studios' super comic blockbuster did what the recent DC Comics and Warner blockbuster Batman vs. Superman: At the Dawn of Justice, could do, if it was not filmed as the second picture of the DC Universal Comics, but as the tragic climax of a long line of productions, tracing the familiarity and friendship of famous superheroes. "Confrontation" takes your favorite spectators and immensely respecting each other characters and takes them away on different sides of the ring for an epic battle.
As long as the heroes are shared only by ideology, there remains a chance that they will make peace and again become a single team. But, as is usually the case in civil wars (this is the "Civil War", the English subtitle of the tape is translated), the snowball of contradictions is growing rapidly. Personal insults are added to ideological disputes, and when blood begins to flow on the screen, reconciliation becomes impossible. Although the heroes suffer sincerely because they go against each other, they cannot retreat. Too much at stake.
True, at some point a terrible suspicion arises that the "Confrontation" will end up just like "Batman versus Superman" - the heroes will quickly measure their manhood, and then shake hands and fight against a common enemy (this is not a spoiler - "Batman versus Superman "gave half the plot in the trailers). But no - the brothers-directors Anthony and Joe Rousseau, who previously shot the First Avenger: Another War, did not repeat Zack Snyder's mistake.
In Captain America Civil War 4K The heroes of the film really have a common enemy, but do not subordinate their picture to themselves. This is a secondary storyline, and it does not distract from the main course - two climax battles of superheroes (this is also not a spoiler - fragments of both fights are in the trailers). First, supporters of Stark and Rogers, led by their leaders, fight wall to wall, and then, after a short time, Iron Man and Captain America are fighting for life and death. Well, almost to death. They would not be the noblest superheroes, if they really killed each other. But it almost comes to that, since both of them have good reasons. Especially with Stark.
Like "Batman vs. Superman," "Standoff" lasts about two and a half hours. It includes a complex and tortuous plot, several pretentious monologues, diverse and ingeniously put up action scenes and two new superheroes for the Marvel cycle - the Black Panther (also known as the king of the fictional African country of Wakand named T'Challa) and Spider-Man (he is also an American high school student Peter Parker). Unfortunately, if you don't find fault with the tape action, the newbies aren't particularly pleased.
As you would expect, Spider-Man is great in battle, and he paints the "battle of the titans" not only with his spider super moves, but also with his trademark sense of humor. The latter has always been an important part of his image in the comics, but was not emphasized in previous films about Peter Parker, created by Sony Pictures. But in the hilarious recruitment scene of Peter, in which Stark is announced to his home, young British actor Tom Holland demonstrates the complete absence of stellar charisma. Of course, Parker should not look like Captain America. But there must be at least something in it that would stop the viewer's gaze. He is Spiderman, not a simple student. In Confrontation, this is a small problem, but it makes you fearfully waiting for the already announced "solo" Marvel film about Spider-Man. This Parker we do not need!
Chadwick Bowzman, who played T'Challa, is fine with charisma. The trouble of the Black Panther is in the other - it turned out to be "cardboard". "Paphos Panther is pathos" - you can't say anything more about him. Even in Vizhen's work, there is more humanity than T'Call, the most boring film superhero. As for his superpowers, the Panther can be defined as a reinforced Catwoman. Not the most impressive set of talents on the background of the skills of some other characters.
