When the new powerful villain is plotting something clever and very dangerous, the Incredibles and Freon must find a way to start working together again - although in this case it is easier said than done, even considering Parrov’s incredible abilities.
Incredibles 2 4K - an American family cartoon, telling about the new adventures of their favorite superheroes from the first part of the animated hit from Disney and Pixar. Brad Bird (“Steel Giant”, “Ratatouille”) again acted as the director and scriptwriter of the animation tape, Craig T. Nelson, Holly Hunter, Sarah Wowell, Samuel L. Jackson and John Ratzenberger returned to voice their characters.

Superheroes are still outlaws, and billionaire Winston Divor wants to fix this. A long-time fan of the Parr family, Divor proposes a PR campaign and the return of their status as superheroes. But in order to win over the public to his side, Divor insists that feats be temporarily performed only by Elastic. After all, Mrs. Parr, unlike her mighty spouse, does not destroy everything in her path when she fights with villains. So Bob stays home with the children, and Helen goes to hunt for a new supervillain, a hacker who can hack computers and hypnotize people.
Fourteen years ago, when the current wave of superhero cinema was just rising, animation studio Pixar released the family superhero comedy "Incredibles 2 4K", which became one of its main masterpieces. The creator of the tape, Brad Bird, has since switched to fiction, but after the rolling fiasco of the “Earth of the Future” he returned to the animation to come up with and put on “The Incredible 2.” Recall that since Pixar completely passed under Walt Disney's control, prequels and sequels have become dominant in its release schedule.
Has the "Incredible 2" been successful? The answer depends on what you expect from a new computer cartoon. The ending of the previous film promised that in the future Parry will do their exploits together. But Bird decided otherwise. In "Incredibles 2 4K", the title characters together only at the very beginning of the picture and at the very end. The rest of the time, Helen is a hero alone, while Bob sits with three children and tries to keep track of them. Did you count on it?
Yes, this is normal for western middle-class families (of course, the mother usually sits at home). But "The Incredible 2" is first and foremost a superhero movie, not a family portrait in the interior, and we wanted to see the heroism of all Parr, and not just Elastics. Let us recall how much was the joint heroism in the first picture and how important it was for the success of the “Superfamily”. Home scenes in such productions should be a tasty side dish, not the main course.
Moreover, the tape also shows Mr. Parr father-klutz. No matter how hard Bob tries, he cannot cope with spinning, and he has to look for help on the side. What does this say to the guys “6+”, which the filmmakers invite to the cinema? What are fathers - worse parents than mothers? Even those Hollywood comedies that are built around paternal incompetence usually allow hapless heroes to rehabilitate. In "The Incredibles 2," the happy end does not cancel the failure of Bob. The problem is not solved by his efforts. Perhaps this is flattering for women, but men can see this a shame. Especially when their children are sitting nearby.
At least from the picture it follows that if you can not cope, then you need to ask for help. This is a useful moral, because boys sometimes grow up with the idea that it is better to lose than to surrender. What is good for sports is bad for family life. Better five minutes of shame than a life full of regrets.
While the first cartoon quickly explained who the hero would win, the villain hides in the shadows in the sequel. He acts remotely, hides behind a mask, and his face can only be seen at the climax. This was supposed to make the plot intriguing, but only kids could intrigue such a move. Any watched spectator will quickly guess who is behind the superhacker crimes, and the most loyal Pixar fans identified the villain before the tape was released, using trailers and media materials. So from casting shadows on the fence, the picture only began to resemble a weak detective story.
This is all, however, a claim to the concept. The implementation of the "Incredibles 2 4K" is great. Grandiose and inventive superhero scenes, great jokes and gags for all tastes, a minimum of toilet humor (unfortunately, you can’t completely abandon it when the baby is in the frame), excellent graphics and animation, amusing subject surprises ... This is a beautiful, driving, blockbuster animation and it can please both children and adults. It also has a sincere and comical-Supermen reflection of the everyday problems that any family, big or small, faces.
