I have always been interested in the subject of martial arts, the history of China, Japan, their culture and values, truly interesting people have always been interesting. And a person like Ip Man really made a huge contribution to the history of martial arts, in the future it influenced the culture, the direction of films and just left a huge mark on history.

And now, I have already watched this film and, in principle, am familiar with the ip man series of films, but only now I want to leave a review about it at least for myself.

This is a really very good film, which is based on a real story, of course you cannot know for sure how true certain moments are, but the main point is conveyed very well. The main character is a real hero who, even in the most difficult life situation, remains true to his rules and traditions.

This is a film with excellent cinematography, excellent drama production, I would not say that there were many moments in the film that cause tears, but the film is not about that in the first place.

This is a film about honor, about devotion and respect to one's people, about the fact that even in the most difficult period of life, you need to value what you have, partly about love.

An equally important aspect is a clear and interesting plot that is periodically diluted with interesting secondary characters with a specific purpose in the actions.

The performances of the battle with each part were getting better and better, and in this regard, the film has no complaints.

I will not write a review about every part of ip man, maybe only about the very last 4th part, which will be released very soon, in which, fortunately, we may finally see that same student of ip man, Bruce Lee, I think he does not need representation.

A good film and indeed a series of films about a man like Ip Man.

I recommend to watch, even at the moment the film will not leave without any impressions.
