It's been two years since a team of superfighters led by Cloud Strife saved the world from the nightmarish villain Sephiroth. Peace came, and the mighty Cloud retired, settling in an orphanage to forget about the bloody battles of the past among the children.

But he only dreams of peace: the inhabitants of the planet begin to be struck by a strange disease, and a mysterious stranger named Kadaj appears in the vicinity, clearly plotting something bad. And his unkind plans are somehow connected with defenseless orphans.

Final Fantasy VII Advent Children Complete 4K Review
Honestly - all the wealth of the Russian literary language is not enough to describe my impressions. This is ... magnificent, amazing, incredible, enchanting, magical !!!
Those who have even the slightest idea of what the Final Fantasy universe is like should definitely watch this cartoon. For in terms of entertainment, the Japanese surpassed all Hollywood action films.

It is not recommended to watch for those who:
- does not like an abundance of fights;
- knows nothing about FF VII and thinks Sephiroth is Cloud's best friend (real story, by the way!);
- hates Japanese cartoons.

Turning to the first: there are really a lot of fights here, but spectacular. There is no blood, so the impressionable and the faint of heart can stay at the screen. But if someone prefers tearful melodramas, your road passes this cartoon.
Turning to the second: people who do not have a minimum of knowledge on the ending, do not be lazy - climb into Wikipedia at least! Yes, the background story is told in the beginning. But this is not enough! I say this because together with me this cartoon was watched by a person who heard about Final Fantasy only from my words, and then they all flew past his ears. After watching it, or rather, she admitted that she did not understand anything. Therefore, enrich your inner world and do not think that Sephiroth is just a beautiful word.
Turning to the third: well, there is nothing to say. I feel sorry for you.

Plot. I will not retell it, all this can be read in the annotation to the cartoon. And I say it again: if you want to enjoy watching - start with Crisis Core, continue with FF VII itself, and only then proceed to Advent Children.
Music. You can buy a soundtrack on a separate disc and listen, listen, listen ... Nobuo Uematsu is a genius. IMHO.
Graphics. All I can do is repeat the letter "o" in different ways. I thought it couldn't be surpassed. But the Japanese succeeded! The updated Advent Children Complete is an incredible sight. Therefore, after AC, if caught, immediately run after the AC Complete disc. You will not regret it, I guarantee!
Characters. Minus - they are all somewhat similar. The shape of the eyes, nose, face oval. What do you want? These are the Japanese concepts of beauty. However, the images are so individual that even Cloud can never be confused with Zach, despite the abundance of similarities.
Voice acting. I was lucky enough to see this cartoon in Japanese voice acting. If all of the above leads to wild delight, then the voice acting finally finishes (in a good way). And all you have to do is, quietly squeaking with admiration, crawl under the table and die of joy that you saw and heard THIS. Therefore, advice: watch better with subtitles and enjoy the original voices!
