A kaleidoscope of events swirling before the audience changes each other in such a comfortable rhythm that the interest in what is happening does not fade away for a minute. To follow the development of events is not just interesting - it captures with the head. The plot is conditionally divided into chapters marked by the seasons - winter, spring, summer, autumn - the season not only forms a conditional definition of the time of action, but is also a metaphor for the events taking place. The cold winter of the heroes immersed in themselves is replaced by a spring thaw of acquaintance and the next summer heat of relations, and then inevitably comes autumn conflict and mounting tension.

The film is made in the rare genre of musical history, where songs, music and dances are so successfully woven into the narrative that without them the film is guaranteed to lose the lion's share of its charm. At the same time, I find it difficult to characterize it as a full-fledged musical - the characteristic vocals and choreography, from which the film cheerfully starts, gradually come to naught, leaving only a harmonious musical accompaniment. Thanks to the Russian distributors that they did not rehash songs - the translation is in the form of subtitles, but the quality of this leaves much to be desired. The attempt to creatively rethink the lyrics of the song loses the meaning of the words being sung, and often it does not coincide with the phrase that is being sung at the moment.

At the same time, choreography is posed chicly - it's a pleasure to observe the riot of colors and images, but not only the numerous extras, but also the main characters can boast of excellent plasticity and a sense of rhythm. What a waltz, that tapping was a success for them.

Operator's work deserves special praise - the film boasts of luxurious plans and numerous long frames during musical numbers.
