This story takes players back to the beginning of the war between humans and the Covenants and brings them to the events of Halo 4. Within the walls of the United Nations Space Command (UNSC) military academy, a group of cadets of noble birth are being trained to become the next generation of soldiers in the impending war between UNCS and rebels on colonial planets. One of the cadets, Thomas Lasky, struggles internally, overcoming doubts about the war and fears of not living up to the high expectations of his command. By the time Lasky has come to terms with his role as future commander, a terrifying army of the Covenant Alliance invades the planet and turns the hero's familiar world upside down. Inspired by the exploits of Master Chief, Lasky must learn firsthand what it means to be a hero.
Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn 4K ReviewThe film tells the story of young cadets, children of military soldiers who died on the battlefields.
I first came across this film when I was looking for something to watch. I read the story, got interested. Looked at it in a rather uncomfortable situation, sitting in a car full to the brim. I'll tell you honestly - the movie is amazing. I was so impressed with the movie that I re-watched it several more times. Despite the fact that I'm skeptical about this kind of fiction, but this adaptation of the game is a masterpiece. The plot, the chosen actors, the alien race of Covenant, the special effects, the costumes - it was all a pleasure to watch.
So, the plot. The writers did a very good job. Calculated everything to the smallest detail. The only bad thing is that the attack by the Covenant alien alliance happened so late. The entire plot is based on one thing, that in the end, the main characters must learn from their own experience what war is like, and even with an unknown enemy.
Actors. I don't think there are any mistakes here. Each actor fits his character, blending in seamlessly. In spite of the fact that for many of them it was their first serious role, they played it like real professionals. Emotions (anger, fear, pain), dialogues, everything was at the highest level.
Covenant. The main antagonists of the film. We saw not only monsters wanting to destroy humanity, but also creatures with intelligence. Their combined actions and ability to work together is amazing. We are already used to the primitive alien races we were presented with in the classic films, but in this case they are shown from a completely different side. The image of a great skilful hunter from another world conquered many people, even though he is a negative character.
And of course we don't forget the main protagonist of the series - Master Chief. His appearance was as spectacular and unexpected as his costume and ability to fight. You look at him from the outside - a regular iron robot. Nothing more. But he wasn't just a man in a suit. A genetically selected cybernetically modified human. A well-trained soldier of impressive size, keeping his composure in any situation, never hesitating, always acting very cool and fast. In the last battle between him and a soldier of the enemy, which is almost five times larger than himself, not afraid to clash with him, and thus confidently come out the winner. Chif is a true Spartan.
The movie lived up to all expectations. I hope that in the future we will surely enjoy a sequel to this fantastic action movie.
