On March 23 the premiere of the film "Life" was held, which I waited for two months. I decided to watch the film one of the first, so I bought a ticket for the night show on the day the film was released. There were about 20 people in the hall, but probably for a night session on Thursday it's normal, on Tuesday and Wednesday he will obviously collect the full halls, I hope you understand why

"Life" tells us about how a team of cosmonauts intercepts a capsule with Martian soil aboard the ISS. When studying the soil, it was possible to find a large unicellular, which under certain conditions can develop rapidly and has very unusual properties. However, as it usually happens, something went wrong and the Life of the Martian creature manifests aggression and begins to develop even more rapidly, delivering the ISS crew big problems (to put it mildly)

It seems like the spoiler moments are not affected, although who looked at the trailer, already knows a lot more than I told in describing the plot.

When watching the film, it is clear that he is inspired by such films as "Alien", "Gravitation", and "Something". By the way, if you have not watched these films, I highly recommend that you read them. The authors took all the best from the above pictures and received a very impressive result.

Characters are disclosed as much as there is a need for it in the story. Based on this you can understand the motivation of their actions and even in a short time you manage to get used to them and worry about their future destiny. It is worth noting that this film can be added to the list of films where Russian actors play Russian and they are shown without using the stereotypes that have already bored everyone. So in the picture of the commander of the crew Ekaterina was played by the Russian-Belarusian actress Olga Dykhovichnaya.

Despite the fact that the film belongs to the genre of "horror", he is not trying to scare the viewer, and in fact there are no scary moments, with slight tension is felt

I got everything from the movie that I expected from him. It seems like predictability on the face, but I do not want to take it to cons, because the film almost always keeps in suspense and makes you worry about the main characters. And at the end of the film, many people will be surprised.

10 out of 10, at the moment this is the best of what I saw this year and one of the best sci-fi movies about space. Despite my assessment, the ratings of filmbloggers and other watched, the film holds a score of 6.8 at the Film Search, which causes bewilderment.
