A teenager Marty, with the help of a time machine built by his friend Professor Doc Brown, gets from the 80s to the distant 50s. There he meets his future parents, still teenagers, and a professor friend, very young.
Back to the Future Part II 4K ReviewThe classics never get old. We could be convinced of this more than once, but if we take into account the film by Robert Zemeckis "Back to the Future 2", then this expression takes on a special meaning. Not only that, this story is loved by viewers of many generations, but in 2019 it was also noticed in major Hollywood films, and more than once. "Avengers: Endgame" and "Happy Day of Death 2" referred to Zemeckis's work for a reason, which means it should not be forgotten.
The plot of the film starts immediately after the end of the first part. Returning from 2015, Doc Emmett Brown informs Marty McFly and his girlfriend Jennifer that in the future they will be in trouble and need to do something about it. It is clear that you cannot interfere with history, but sometimes there are times when you need to do something. And this is exactly what is happening now.
Having jumped into DeLorean, the heroes go straight to the near future of the Hill Valley town and see how much it has changed: holograms, flying cars, monitors on the floor of the wall - all this from fantasy becomes reality. But something remains unchanged, namely the problem with the Tannen family, which remains as nasty as ever.
In Back to the Future 2, we saw the problems that can be brought on your head by overplaying the jumps between time intervals and doing something wrong. Because of this, a completely new timeline may form, which should not exist. Together with Doc and Marty, we will see all the horrors of a possible development of events in an alternative reality and once again make sure that playing with fate is extremely dangerous.
With the exception of Krisipine Glover, who played George McFly in the first film and Jennifer, all the key actors returned to their roles. Michael J. Fox continues to look confidently in the image of high school student Marty, and Christopher Lloyd will forever remain with us, like Doc Brown, because it is not possible to replace him at all. And even in sequels and remakes, which, I hope, will not appear.
Without a shadow of a doubt I want to say that "Back to the Future 2" is in no way inferior to the first film, but is a worthy sequel, in which I have not noticed anything bad. The film turned out to be great and will be remembered with special trepidation for a long time. And yes, where they go, roads are no longer needed!
