Crazy Rich Asians 4K Chinese woman Rachel Chu (Constance Wu) lives in New York and has a degree in economics. Together with her boyfriend Nick (Henry Golding), she goes to his hometown of Singapore for the wedding of the boyfriend's best childhood friend. Crazy Rich Asians 4K is a film adaptation, a romantic comedy and the first studio film since 1993 focused on Asia and where all the actors are Asians. Three components that guarantee film success.
This could be just another remarkable romcom, but the film looks happy because of the impressive acting ensemble, which is often lost on the screens of American films.
Constance Wu, British-Malaysian rookie Henry Golding, hip-hop singer Aquafina we recently saw in “eight friends of Ocean”, Michelle Yeo (“Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon”), Ken Zhong (“Bachelor Party in Vegas”). Jimmy O. Yang ("Silicon Valley") and veteran Chinese-American cinema Lisa Lu.
Together they create an amazing viewing experience.
In addition to the main theme of love and acquaintance with parents, the film shows the study of class and culture, a look at the ultra-rich and Asian culture. Relationship between mothers and sons.
The soundtrack is nice, and most importantly familiar. Coldplay and Madonna, sung in an Asian way, is something new and memorable.
This is a fairy tale, a romantic comedy about an Asian Cinderella. But if you miss the good old and almost forgotten genre of romantic comedy, then Crazy Rich Asians 4K is what you need for a cozy winter party, because they actually give a new life to the romcom.
