The project, whose release from the first official announcement separated the decade, based on the world-famous, cult series of games "World of Warcraft", the rating of which was supported mainly by the army of gamers, was not just a decent blockbuster with computer graphics, superior in quality and performance the scale of any previously released fantasy film, but was removed from the old-fashioned patterns of the fairy-tale cinema as "things-in-themselves", which after the "Lord of the Rings" was forgotten even by Peter Jackson, and Lilly and Lana Wachowski, Itera ", were subjected to devastating criticism.

In a world called Azeroth, peace and prosperity reign, peacefully coexist people, elves, gnomes. The wise and great rulers reign over these possessions, not because of the actual power of their own power, but because of the greatness and care for their subjects, King Llane. Such grandiloquence really, at first glance, is not comparable to a film based on a computer game. But, the ingenuity of the creators of "World of Warcraft" supplemented by the originality of Duncan Johnson's thinking, who decided to conquer the field of large budgets after the art house cinematography, and the screenwriter Charles Levitt, who brought to the narrative the staidness and slowness, manifested in the striking ability of Mr. Levitt even from a dynamic action to make a mise en scene , easily eliminate any shadow of skepticism of a snobbish public, forcing to recognize the legitimacy and necessity of the existence of the "Warcraft" as a rare example of a magical th fairy story.

The level of technical performance of the picture will satisfy even the most demanding gamers. It is difficult to say exactly how many man-hours were spent during the two-year post-production period. But so realistic characters, created through the integral efforts of imagination and technological progress, do not seem to have ever looked like.
